Joe latest venture is Approved Fleet, a payment network for light-duty, community-based business without traditional credit access.

Retailers estimate that 40% of local business are declined by fleet service providers due to credit underwriting requirements. Approved Fleet aims to narrow that gap. The Approved Fleet program offers convenience stores an opportunity for significant growth in fuel gallons sold and enhanced driver loyalty that moves customers from the pumps into the store. The fleet loyalty program features no credit risk, next-day payment settlement and there is no point-of-sale or pump controller integration required.
